1. Scope of Application
This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to online purchases made via our official website.
Purchases made in physical stores, boutiques, salons, pop-up locations, or airport retail locations are governed by separate in-store policies communicated at the point of sale and are not covered by this online return policy.
2. Online Returns (E-Commerce Only)
For online purchases, we offer a 30-day voluntary return period starting from the date you receive your order.

4. In-Store Purchases (Physical Locations)
Purchases made in physical locations are final.
Under Swiss law and EU consumer law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or refund for in-store purchases, unless the product is defective.
Any exchange, refund, or goodwill gesture for in-store purchases is made solely at our discretion and according to the policy communicated at the time of purchase.
