GRESSI - LIFETIME WARRANTY*

GRESSI is committed to quality. Each GRESSI product is rigorously tested for quality and performance. Our lifetime warranty covers any technical malfunctions, defects in components and workmanship of your products.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE LIFETIME WARRANTY?

GRESSI - Lifetime Warranty covers any technical malfunctions and defects in components and workmanship of your product if you purchased it from directly from the manufacturer - GRESSI website (www.gressi.ch), GRESSI Stores and GRESSI Cliniques. Your lifetime warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. *Product Registration required.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

This limited lifetime warranty is effective only if the GRESSI device is purchased from our official website, stores or cliniques, and the product has been registered. The warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer's instructions; loss of the device and normal wear and tear.

HOW LONG DOES THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY LAST?

The warranty begins on the date of purchase and never expires.
*The warranty period is not extended automatically in any case the device has been replaced by GRESSI during the warranty period and a new Product Registration is required.

HOW MUCH THE WARRANTY COSTS?

GRESSI Lifetime Warranty registration is free of charge. In the unfortunate case of a warranty claim, additional fees may apply based on certain circumstances.

WHAT WILL GRESSI DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

If you discover a warranty covered defect in your device during the warranty period, contact our Customer Services department for assistance. If it is indeed defective, we will replace your device. Customer Services will contact you and keep you updated on the progress of return shipments. You may be required to provide the proof of purchase (for example a receipt) prior to the replacement of any device covered by the lifetime warranty.

If we find that the defect in your device is not covered under our lifetime warranty, we will notify you about any service alternatives that are available on a fee basis.

If we find that your device is not defective, we will notify you and return your device to you.

All Lifetime Warranty services must be authorised and performed by GRESSI or a service provider authorised by GRESSI.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Your remedies for the breach of this Lifetime Warranty are limited solely to the replacement of your device as set forth in this Warranty Statement.

In no event shall GRESSI be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages based upon breach of Warranty, breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if GRESSI is advised or aware that such damages might arise. Such damages include, but are not limited to, loss of use of the device, cost of any substitute equipment, the claims of third parties, or damage to property.

PRODUCT CHANGES

GRESSI reserves the right to make changes and improvements to its products without incurring any obligation to incorporate such improvements in products previously sold.

DISPUTES

This warranty and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Switzerland.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Unless modified in writing with both parties signatures, these warranty terms, conditions, and limitations are understood to be the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements and representations, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of these warranty terms. No employee of GRESSI or any other party (including without limitation distributors, dealers, and retailers) is authorised to make any warranty in addition to those made herein. Nothing in these warranty terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a customer in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods or services.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

As used in this contract, "our", "we" and "us" refer to GRESSI. "You" refers to the original purchaser of the GRESSI device. A waiver of strict compliance with any term herein shall not be deemed a continuing waiver or waive any other terms or conditions. We shall be excused from performance to the extent of any delay or inability to perform arising due to weather events, disasters, acts of terror, governmental action or regulation, labour or materials shortages or disputes, or other circumstances not under our control. If any term herein is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, then such term shall be ignored, but the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in effect.
